Apparently, my serum potassium levels turned out to be normal, so it isn't hypokalemia I am suffering from.
My doctor sent me home with some NSAIDs because there must be pain inside (either my leg muscles and bone/joints) that's why there are occasions I couldn't stand up. However, since we suspected hypokalemia, I have gorged on bananas, which I admit I haven't eaten in along time, at least since that tropical cyclone last year that hit our area.

And then i should probably start drinking milk or be on calcium supplement once more. I was too young when i dropped the glass of milk and the last time I regularly drank milk (and was on calcium supplements) was when I was pregnant and when I was breastfeeding after I delivered my baby. The moment I weaned my little boy, I went back to coffee immediately. My boy will turn 5 in December - a reminder I haven't drank milk in a while.
With my age of 34, I hope it isn;t too late for my bones to absorb calcium.
