What? Tamiflu is Showing Resistance This Flu Season?!
That is what the report that CDC gave out last Friday. Still early this flu season in the United States, already it has been found out that tamiflu is showing resistance to the common flu strain circulating this early in the United States.

Tamiflu - a product of Roche - is the most popular used to treat influenza. The good news however is that there are other alternatives to Tamiflu that doctors can use: such as Relenza or a combination of Tamiflu and an older drug called rimantadine if infection with H1N1 is suspected.
