Travel nursing gives nurses an opportunity to work in multiple health care settings. Different work environments enable nurses to expand their work profile. It takes away the boredom associated with working in single healthcare setting for years together. Nurses choose this option for several reasons which include better salaries, benefits apart from higher professional growth, development and personal adventure.

Traveling nurses are paid higher than their non traveling counterparts which are generally 10 to 15% more.
