Of course you need help with financing your treatments. Find out if you are eligible to apply for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Co-Pay Assistance Program - a program designed to provide financial assistance for people struggling with their costly drug co-pays.
The program offers assistance to patients toward:
- Private health insurance premiums
- Private insurance co-pay obligations
- Medicare Part B, Medicare Plan D, Medicare Supplementary Health Insurance and Medicare Advantage premium or co-pay obligations
