At the 2008 BIO International Convention in San Diego on Thursday, June 19, 2008 (Room 29 CD), two super sessions will be alloted for The Biomarkers Consortium.

The Biomarkers Consortium will announce its future strategic focus on High-Impact Biomarkers Opportunities.

By doing so, The Biomarkers Consortium is creating fundamental change in how healthcare research is conducted by bringing together industry leaders to accelerate the identification, development and regulatory qualification of biomarkers in four key areas: cancer, inflammation and immunity, metabolic disorders, and neuroscience.

This is truly exciting. The possibilities are just limitless these days. The day can happen where experts can get to the very root of such serious conditions and who knows maybe prevent them from happening altogether.
