Pycnogenol® May Prevent Inflammation

According to a joint German-Slovak study, a daily supplement of Pycnogenol (the French maritime pine bark) can reduce the markers of inflammation by 15 %. Chronic inflammation, we all know can lead to various inflammatory-related diseases, particularly cardiovascular disease.
Pycnogenol, made exclusively by Horphag Research and co-sponsors of this study, has been claimed to have beneficial effects on a wide range of medical conditions from diabetes to asthma. It has also been proposed to boost male Fertility and improve the memory of mice.
The product is extracted from the bark of the Maritime pine that grows on the southern coast of France, and is currently used in over 400 dietary supplements, multi-vitamins and health products.
The study showing this pycnogenol-inflammation correlation is published recently in the Journal of Inflammation (Vol. 3).

i would suggest getting some like dr sholls sols for your shoes and when ever you dont have to where the shoes dont . you could even get a new apir of sheos if tha would help at all? work out your tendon ...
