Also for the past 3 days since I started taking this medication, I been feeling run down, slight fatigue. and some time dizziness I feel anxiety especially when my heart started beating real fast. The heartburn seems to disappear but it has been replaced my irregular heart beat and my stomach worse. A friend advise me to take fish oil (Omega-3) to control my heart beat. Doctors, I need your help.. I am getting worse than before.. Can I stop taking the medicine?

It's interesting the way these drugs always end up going OTC when their patents come up. I'm not sure its a bad thing that this is available without a prescription now, but I also don't know whether the glut of things that are now available without a trip to the doctor is a good thing either.
