If you haven't yet read my post on Acuvue® Oasys™ contact lenses, please do and take note of the unanimous reader feedback of being allergic and getting infection from the new-generation silicone- hydrogel lenses (senofilcon-A) that Acuvue® Oasys™ is made of.

As much as I would like to help you guys, I can only keep on writing about your experiences on Acuvue® Oasys™. However, I strongly suggest that you report your horrible Acuvue® Oasys™ experiences to your ophthalmologists and urge them to report the cases to the makers of Acuvue Oasys, which is Johnson & Johnson Vision Care. Once J&J have enough complaints on the product, I really think they will be forced to review it and recall the product from the market if necessary.

[I am really hoping that this get picked up as I already made enough links to Acuvue® Oasys™ and J&J.]

Now...speaking of product recalls, Advanced Medical Optics (a California company) has voluntarily recalled all of its AMO Complete® Moisture Plus™ Multi-Purpose Solution products, in light of a federal investigation that tied its production to a potentially blinding infection - as reported by The New York Times.

If you have purchased one of these AMO contact lenses solutions, carefully check out the FDA listing of the lot numbers being recalled.
