Male Hormonal Contraceptive is Reversible
According to a paper published in the Lancet, the male hormonal contraception (delivered by injection) is reversible in 3 to 4 months: meaning, full fertility is recovered in this period.

The male hormonal contraception works similarly like the female hormonal contraception. While female treatments suppress ovulation, sperm production can be prevented by giving the male hormones androgen and progestagen.

The research finding offers men the reassurance that their fertility can be restored as most men are weary of using other contraceptive methods like condoms and vasectomy because either the method is unacceptable or irreversible.
