Looking at a headache
Filed in archive Cases on September 11, 2005
The NY Times with an uncommon cause of headache:
The man squinted into the morning mist as he leaned forward to place his ball on the first tee of the golf course. The motion triggered an explosion of pain. "There was a huge bang in my head," he later told the neurologist, the third doctor he had seen in the two months since that Friday morning. "The pain was tremendous," the patient, himself a doctor, said. "I could barely get out of bed the entire weekend."
