Don't you just dread taking the FBS test?

I am dreading my FBS test tomorrow, not only because I'm scared of needles
but because I am scared of what the results will be. Besides, the last time I had FBS taken was when I was seven months pregnant. And that was five years ago. I "passed" the test last time and I am hoping I will pass it tomorrow.
