Having a baby is a life changing event for women and their partners. AND, it takes a lot of preparation, are you really ready?

Are You Ready? - is a 37-page booklet that will help moms-to-be answer questions related to the physical, emotional and financial needs of a pregnant woman.

The material includes facts on the importance of taking folic acid daily, eating a healthy diet, choosing a Health care provider, and preparing a reasonable budget. There is also information on the important role fathers play during pregnancy.
