An Interesting Find: Surgeons are Taller and More Handsome than Other Doctors?

For me, all male doctors appear good looking, (well, ok)handsome rather.

The white coat (plus the stethoscope hanging round their necks) and the very fact that they are God's instruments in saving people's lives complete that X factor in doctors.

University of Barcelona Hospital research on doctors, published in the British Medical Journal reports a very interesting finding that surgeons are taller and more handsome than physicians:

...the tallest and most handsome male students were more likely to go for surgery, and the shortest (and perhaps not so good looking) ones were more likely to become physicians.

Where have i heard it before that Surgeons are the "gods" of the medical world. I had the impression that was just medically-wise.
