Acupuncture Triggers Natural Painkiller

© WonderlaneAfter 4,000 years of practice, it was only recently found that acupuncture releases adenosine, a natural painkiller.
When it comes to alternative medicine and acupuncture many people have remained skeptical over the years challenging whether these practices really work. This new study may change the way we look at acupuncture and open doors to what other health benefits acupuncture can have.
According to Dr. Svetlana Kogan, holistic internist and founder of Doctors At Trump Place:
"Acupuncture is an effective alternative way to treat fatigue, anxiety, migraines, and even help decrease stress among pregnant women."
With this study, holistic doctors are now re-confirming these positive effects it has on a person's health. Researchers believe that they can enhance acupuncture's effectiveness by coupling the process with deoxycoformycin -- a well known cancer drug that maintains adenosine levels longer than usual.
